What they need
- We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
- You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, understands modern web architecture and CMS ecosystems, and can balance technical complexity with commercial accountability. You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
- Manage project scope, budgets (£1M+), schedules, and profitability
- Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes- Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics
- Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
- Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations
- Excellent stakeholder written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences
- You are proactive in identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate
- You build trusted, long-term client relationships
- You are commercially minded and understand the financial drivers of digital delivery
- You bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-workstream programs
- You are technically credible and comfortable engaging with architects and developers
- You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and delivery excellence
- Experience working with global distributed teams
- Business analysis or requirements management experience
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and digital governance
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification
