Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive M&A transaction processes, including the preparation of client materials, information collection, and drafting of documentation.
• Act as the primary point of coordination among internal teams, clients, and external advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Support deal execution through conducting financial analysis, developing valuation models, and preparing presentation materials.
• Manage stakeholder communications in Japanese and foster strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee meetings, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment among all parties involved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in M&A advisory within a recognized audit firm or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of M&A processes, transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven team player with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
