Project Manager – Manufacturing & Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery, working closely with Engineering, Development, Production, and additional cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from the initiation and planning stages through execution and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor project progress against defined objectives, milestones, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and resolve production-related issues, technical challenges, and execution gaps.
• Track planning versus actual performance and prepare ongoing project reports.
• Translate project plans into actionable production activities and ensure effective execution on the production floor.
• Lead activities in a matrix environment across multiple organizational interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience managing manufacturing and/or development projects .
• Proven experience working in a matrix management environment – mandatory .
• Experience managing development projects – significant advantage .
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
• Experience working with ERP systems .
• Experience with SAP PP / PS modules – significant advantage .
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Excel and MS Project .
• Good technical English, both written and spoken.

The role requires strong ownership, excellent coordination skills, the ability to drive multiple interfaces simultaneously, and a hands-on approach to project execution.
