Project Manager - Mechanical

Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to ascertain scope of work

• Provide engineering support work to pipeline, compressor stations, launchers, receivers, dehydration stations and all other piping projects

• Coordinate and mange subcontractors

• Project scheduling

• Coordinate weekly project meetings

• Closely monitor costs, measure performance against the estimate and baseline forecast, and provide cost to complete monthly forecasts

• Provide solutions to issues that arise on ongoing basis

• Work effectively with Project Superintendent and Project Team

• Ability to understand project plans

• Management of change order process

• Proficient in material take off and bid process including estimating and purchasing process

• Maintain and provide all required documentation as requested

Qualifications:

• 4 Year degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)

• 3 Years in Construction Project Management related field

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

• Work effectively with both customers and internal Project Management team and represent Appellation Construction Services in a professional manner at all times

• Excellent communication skills

• Technical writing skills

• Strong work ethic

• Effective time management and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
