A leading healthcare nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Medical Education to join their team. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring educational initiatives are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The role will oversee both accredited continuing medical education programs for healthcare professionals and patient and community education initiatives, including webinars, educational guides, videos, and digital resources.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final delivery, maintaining timelines and budgets, coordinating faculty and external partners, overseeing content review and approval processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable medical education accreditation standards. Additional responsibilities include managing patient education resources, coordinating virtual and live educational programming, overseeing vendor relationships, tracking program outcomes, and collaborating with clinical leadership, communications, marketing, finance, and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in medical education, healthcare, public health, or nonprofit setting is highly preferred, along with familiarity with accredited CME/CE programming and ACCME standards. Candidates should have experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and external vendors, and developing or delivering educational content. A strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. Experience with patient education, health literacy, and culturally relevant communications is a plus.
