Project Manager (MEP)

About the Role

PMX Solutions (Thai) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage project execution from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, site and operational coordination, subcontractor management, risk management, documentation, progress monitoring, and client/stakeholder communication. The role requires strong ownership of project delivery and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and revise project work plans and schedules according to project requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for project execution and ensure project objectives, timelines, quality, and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage project schedules, progress updates, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct and coordinate project meetings, progress reviews, and project communication.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Manage subcontractor administration, performance, and project-related controls.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate progress claims and timely invoicing.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, current, and properly maintained.
• Manage project contractual matters, issues, notices, and related project correspondence.
• Support tendering and other project development activities as required.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
• Perform other project-related responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Project Manager or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project management, preferably within engineering, construction, M&E, infrastructure, data centre, industrial, or project-based service environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, contractors/subcontractors, project documentation, and site activities.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Good problem-solving, planning, and risk-management capabilities.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management/scheduling tools.
• Able and willing to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani.
• Must be comfortable with a 2-year fixed-term employment contract.

Employment Terms

This position is offered under a 2-year fixed-term contract with PMX Solutions (Thai) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be assigned to support PMX's project operations and is expected to work primarily at the project/site location.
