Project Manager (m/f/d) – Back Office

Tasks

• Project preparation and follow-up, including scheduling and process planning
• Preparation of proposals, reports, and status updates
• Management and monitoring of external service providers based on KPIs
• Close collaboration with project management (organizational & administrative support)
• Written and verbal communication with clients and partners
• Monitoring of target achievement and project progress
• General administrative and assistance tasks within the project environment

Profile

• Completed vocational training or a university degree
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Additional languages such as Polish, Greek, Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, or Macedonian are a plus
• Independent, structured, and diligent working style
• Affinity for numbers and technical understanding desirable
