Your Tasks

• Lead projects in product and technology development

• Take on the roles of R&D Coordinator and Technology Coordinator in accordance with Q-PEP

• Plan and manage projects with regard to schedules, budgets, and resources

• Coordinate and provide functional leadership to interdisciplinary project teams

• Ensure project objectives are achieved through effective monitoring and controlling

• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience managing development projects, ideally in a high-tech environment

• Strong knowledge of product development and product realization processes

• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups without direct disciplinary responsibility

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach

• High level of initiative, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
