Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead and facilitate project scoping activities, including defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, success criteria, and project governance.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze clients' business requirements and processes, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation consulting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with team leaders and project managers to optimize resource planning and utilization across projects.
• Monitor project financials, including customer billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and budget performance in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to implementation best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, implementation standards, and delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or SunSystems.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in ERP implementation, consulting, or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
