About the Role

We are seeking a technically capable Project Manager with direct experience achieving product-market fit for a mobile app.

Working from our Harare office, you will combine early-adopter research, product analytics and AI-assisted software development to improve member activation, business recommendation contributions, discovery and retention. You will lead measurable product experiments and hold the team accountable for delivery and results.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct early-adopter research and translate findings into testable hypotheses, clear acceptance criteria and prioritised product experiments.

* Instrument onboarding, contribution, search and referral funnels; analyse activation, retention, user cohorts and recommendation quality.

* Coordinate AI-assisted prototyping, implementation, code review, automated testing and mobile releases.

* Evaluate product changes through user testing and behavioural data; refine, expand or discontinue features based on measurable results.

* Manage development workflows using Kanban, maintain technical documentation and hold team members accountable for deliverables, deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

* Direct experience achieving product-market fit for a mobile app, supported by measurable results.

* Experience applying Lean Startup methods, user research, product experimentation and analytics.

* Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools for rapid prototyping, code generation, debugging and testing.

* Ability to evaluate AI-generated code with developers for correctness, security, maintainability and test coverage.

* Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, Git/GitHub, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), mobile testing and release processes.

* Experience managing software delivery using Kanban, with sound technical judgement, clear communication and strong team accountability.

* Commitment to Pan African unity and collective protection.
