Project Manager – Mobile Learning App

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of our mobile learning application. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed the launch of a mobile application from concept to public release. You will work closely with developers, designers, educators, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and launch of a mobile learning application.
• Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and external technology partners.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate app testing, quality assurance, release readiness, and App Store/Google Play submissions.
• Oversee post-launch improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Manage course production schedules with educators and content creators.
• Coordinate partnerships, content approvals, and publishing timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure successful product launches across Southeast Asia.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in software, technology, product operations, or digital products.
• Direct experience managing the launch of at least one mobile application is required.
• Proven experience coordinating projects from planning, development, testing, public release, and post-launch support.
• Experience working with software developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
