### Job Description

Mahabodhi Global Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage development projects focused on MSME growth, entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, and financial inclusion, aligned with SIDBI's PDI initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

• Implement livelihood, entrepreneurship, and micro-enterprise development projects.

• Conduct field surveys, beneficiary identification, and needs assessments.

• Facilitate skill development, financial literacy, and bank credit linkages.

• Develop market linkages for rural entrepreneurs, SHGs, and artisans.

• Coordinate with government departments, banks, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare project proposals, MIS reports, progress reports, and impact assessments.

• Monitor project targets, beneficiary outcomes, and employment generation.

### Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in MSME development, livelihood projects, or entrepreneurship promotion.

• Good communication, reporting, coordination, and MS Office skills.

• Willingness to travel for field implementation.

Preferred: Experience in government projects, CSR initiatives, financial inclusion, and rural development programmes.
