Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking to add a Project Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work directly with Supers on projects

• Help oversee all aspects of project completion

• Management of project budget, schedule, and quality

• Oversee contractual requirements and documentation

• Help run jobsite meetings

What You Need for this Position

• 4+ years of Multi-Family experience

• Experience as an APM or PM

• Strong communication and leadership

• Strong Leadership ability
