Job Description

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation using Procore
• Coordinate field teams to ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved
• Oversee concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction activities

The Successful Applicant

• Proven Project Manager experience with a multifamily general contractor
• Strong background in concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction
• Advanced proficiency with Procore project management software
• Florida construction experience preferred
• Demonstrated career stability and long-term tenure with previous employers
