Job Description

• Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
• Support preconstruction planning and transition into upcoming projects

The Successful Applicant

• Experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction projects
• Ability to lead project teams and drive schedule performance
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills
• Effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and field staff
• Open to experienced PMs or strong APMs ready for advancement

What's On Offer Salary: $130,000-$160,000 (Project Manager) | $100,000-$120,000 (Assistant Project Manager)
