Project Manager – New Customer Onboarding & Implementation

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new customers following successful sales closure. The role ensures all cross-functional activities are planned, tracked, and executed according to the agreed timeline, enabling a smooth and successful customer go-live. The Project Manager acts as the central coordinator and project owner, driving progress, facilitating communication, managing risks, and ensuring accountability across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools (e.g., Gantt Charts)
• Establish project governance structure, meeting cadence, and reporting mechanisms
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks
• Coordinate cross-functional project meetings and drive timely resolution of open actions
• Define project scope and implementation requirements based on customer commitments
• Obtain and manage customer go-live schedules in alignment with Sales and Customer Service teams
• Coordinate product rollout plans by product category, production location, and implementation phase
• Ensure production volume allocation and manufacturing site readiness are aligned with business requirements
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and vendor master setup with Customer Service and Finance
• Lead project status reviews during implementation and customer launch periods

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Implementation, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related fields
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
