Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Project Manager to join our night-shift team in the Research Support & Publications (RSP) department. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Candidates with basic project management or relevant industry experience are preferred. Fresh candidates may also be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills and prior client-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate research support and publication-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Follow up with clients regularly and provide timely project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records, project updates, and follow-up schedules.
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor project progress and communicate any delays or issues to the relevant team.

Requirements

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-handling experience is mandatory.
• Basic experience in project management, customer support, research support, or publications is preferred.
• Fresh candidates may be considered if they have excellent English communication and client-handling experience.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during night-shift hours.
• A professional attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
