Job Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage project delivery, coordinate with technical teams, and drive issues through resolution.

The ideal candidate will be confident, highly communicative, and comfortable working in a technical environment. While deep hands-on expertise is not required, the candidate should have a good understanding of ETL, databases, APIs, integrations, and software development processes and be able to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Roles and Responsibility: 

• Triage, assess, and prioritize application and technical issues.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, technical leads, and other teams to drive issues through resolution.
• Understand issue impact, dependencies, and priority and ensure appropriate teams are engaged.
• Track issues, blockers, risks, and dependencies through closure.
• Follow up proactively with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate issue status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and overall project health using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate project implementation, releases, and delivery activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate critical issues.
• Maintain project documentation, action items, issue trackers, and status reports.
• Support continuous improvement of project and issue-management processes.
• Participate in project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and implementation discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in project management, project delivery, technical coordination, application support, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in stakeholder communication and handling difficult situations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive issues.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working closely with development and QA teams.
• Ability to understand technical problems and communicate them clearly.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with ETL/data integration platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies.
• Previous experience in software development, QA, production support, or technical delivery.
