Minimum required years of experience: 10+ YOE Non-IT PM with some context for IT roll out

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Must have skills:

Sits on the business side, deploying a new tool, partnering with technology teams, aware of the process, but have the business lense

Deployment of a software tool for apparel product creation, user acceptance testing

·

Foundational PM experience

Nice to have skills:

Experience with technology and delivering solutions and tools at scale

The Project Manager supports the execution of critical business readiness activities for transformation initiatives.

·

Working closely with program leads, business stakeholders, change management, training, and technology teams, this role coordinates and drives day-to-day readiness activities to help ensure successful user adoption and deployment.

·

Responsibilities include supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training preparation, communications, change management activities, readiness tracking, and go-live execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·

Execute business readiness activities aligned to program delivery plans, including:

·

UAT deliverables, tester onboarding, execution tracking, issue management, and readiness reporting

·

Communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management deliverables in partnership with change and business leads

·

Training preparation activities, including content reviews, scheduling, logistics, and deployment support

·

Create and maintain project plans, status reports, readiness dashboards, meeting materials, trackers, and action logs.

·

Drive completion of deliverables by coordinating follow-up actions, escalating blockers, and tracking progress across business and technology teams.

·

Gather, consolidate, and synthesize feedback, readiness metrics, and testing results to support deployment decisions.

·

Support pilot preparation, go-live readiness activities, cutover coordination, hypercare execution, and adoption monitoring.

·

Identify and escalate readiness risks, issues, dependencies, or gaps that may impact deployment success.

·

Provide hands-on execution support across project management, communications, training, change management, and readiness activities as program priorities evolve.

Qualifications:

·

Experience coordinating projects or program activities in a cross-functional environment.

·

Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·

Experience supporting critical readiness activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, communications, change management, or deployment readiness activities.

·

Proven ability to execute against aggressive timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

·

Comfortable managing multiple deliverables, competing priorities, and shifting deadlines while maintaining momentum and accountability.

·

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive follow-through across diverse stakeholder groups.

·

Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and coordination tools.
