Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end Odoo implementation and customization projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, Odoo ERP implementation, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, developers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution discussions, functional design, testing, UAT, deployment, and training.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with agreed quality standards.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them to closure.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper scope and impact assessment.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Ensure effective documentation of requirements, project plans, processes, and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide project team members and ensure effective resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall experience , with strong experience in Odoo ERP implementation/project management .
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Odoo projects.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR , etc.
• Good understanding of Odoo customization, integrations, workflows, and technical concepts.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies .
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
