Project Manager (Odoo Functional)

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes through workshops and discussions to identify operational requirements.
• Map business workflows into effective Odoo ERP solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between standard Odoo features and client-specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to define customization requirements and implementation strategies.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and preparing tailored solution proposals.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Odoo while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, facilitating clear communication and project coordination.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or in ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager, preferably in Odoo or similar ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and HR business processes.
• Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
