  • Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities;
  • Facilitate decision-making, remove roadblocks, and escalate risks when necessary;
  • Ensure effective handover of implemented solutions to business and process owners;
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools;
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping workshops, process mapping sessions, and improvement activities;
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support the development of practical corrective and preventive actions;
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve flow, shorten lead times, and increase productivity;
  • Apply Lean principles and Continuous Improvement practices across operational projects;
  • Collaborate with site leaders, managers, operators, and global stakeholders to drive alignment and successful implementation;
  • Act as a change agent, supporting teams through transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities;
  • Track project outcomes, including productivity gains, cost savings, quality improvements, and other agreed KPIs;
  • Ensure solutions are standardized, documented, sustained, and continuously optimized.
