About the Role 🌟

We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Project Manager to join our team at Jabil Circuit, Penang. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional project teams, and be the key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Gather, understand, and translate project requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop integrated project plans, risk analyses, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project KPIs, report project status, and drive corrective actions where needed.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Build and lead multi-functional project teams to achieve project goals and corporate initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and regular updates to project teams and senior leadership.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage resource capacity, time tracking, and project-related costs including Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
• Identify cost reduction opportunities by streamlining processes and eliminating non-value-added activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting, metrics management, and Lean principles.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a related discipline.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (Engineering, Test, Quality, Planning, or Materials).
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong personal attributes: detail-oriented, reliable, calm under pressure, and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in Automotive or Medical background is an added advantage.
• 📍Willing to be based in Penang.
