We are looking for a Project Manager – Data Migration & Reporting Transformation!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic delivery of a reporting transformation programme.
• Drive the transition from manual and ad-hoc reporting processes to automated Power BI reporting.
• Manage a critical data migration from a legacy system to a target Golden Source environment.
• Orchestrate the execution of the project roadmap, ensuring delivery according to agreed timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate technical developers, IT teams, and senior business stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and Audit.
• Ensure data integrity and operational continuity throughout the migration and reporting transformation.
• Manage reporting suite delivery and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate legacy-to-target data migration activities, identifying dependencies, risks, and potential impacts.
• Establish and maintain effective technical project governance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track project progress and delivery.
• Prepare governance and stakeholder reporting, ensuring clear communication of project status and key decisions.
• Manage project scope, changes, dependencies, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a key bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
• Support decision-making through clear analysis, structured reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data-centric project management.
• Strong experience managing data migration projects.
• Good technical literacy and the ability to work effectively with technical development and IT teams.
• Experience with reporting transformation and automation projects.
• Knowledge of Power BI and reporting environments.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and managing project KPIs.
• Strong understanding of data integrity and data quality considerations.
• Experience with project governance and risk management.
• Ability to manage scope, changes, dependencies, and project priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across Compliance, Operations, Audit, IT, and other business functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
