Role Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects from start to finish
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Oversee project timelines and budget management efficiently
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout project phases
• Coordinate with teams to maintain performance and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals
• Adapt to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and scope changes

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields
• 4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects
• Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with performance metrics for effective project evaluation
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands
