Project Manager | Maintenance & Construction

A well-established and highly regarded property developer, investor and operator with a substantial Hong Kong portfolio spanning commercial, retail and residential-led mixed-use assets. The group takes a long-term ownership view of its estate, investing continuously in asset quality, compliance and the tenant and member experience.

The Opportunity

They are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of construction, A&A and maintenance works across the group's mixed-use complex and commercial developments. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with genuine breadth — from planned repair and maintenance programmes through to full interior fit-out and A&A projects — and direct visibility to senior management.

Project scope covers commercial buildings, a shopping mall and clubhouse facilities, with projects located primarily in Kowloon and at Fairview Garden. The position is based on site at Fairview Garden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of building repair and maintenance works across the portfolio
• Manage A&A (Alteration & Addition) projects end to end, from feasibility through to completion and handover
• Coordinate with external Authorised Persons (APs), consultants and contractors on upcoming A&A works
• Manage regulatory requirements, statutory submissions and approval processes
• Take responsibility for HVAC and air-conditioning systems, including upgrade and replacement works
• Lead interior renovation and fit-out projects
• Own project budgeting, cost control, tendering and contractor performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent - other built-environment disciplines (building services, architecture, engineering, construction management) also welcomed
• Solid track record delivering A&A works, with strong working knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and the submission and approval process
• AP background advantageous but not essential
• Practical experience across repair and maintenance, HVAC and interior renovation
• Strong coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple consultants and contractors concurrently
• Open-minded towards new technologies, including PropTech and AI applications in project and asset management
• Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese
