Description Humain Dev Systems is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects, manage client communication, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
• Manage project scope, priorities, tasks, and deadlines
• Lead sprint planning and maintain the project backlog
• Track project progress and keep stakeholders updated
• Identify potential risks and support their resolution
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience in client communication
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of QA processes or previous QA experience
