PROJECT MANAGER

SRT | OSP | FIBER OPTIC | BESS/EMS

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SRT Projects or projects related to railway infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge and experience in OSP (Outside Plant) and Fiber Optic Infrastructure.
• Experience in Underground Fiber Optic Network and related infrastructure works.
• Knowledge or experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and EMS (Energy Management System) will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in Project Management, from planning and coordination through project completion.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate, coordinate, and negotiate effectively with international partners and overseas stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.

1. PROJECT MANAGER – SRT & FIBER OPTIC / OSP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee SRT, OSP, and Fiber Optic Infrastructure Projects from planning through project completion.
• Plan and control project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate Underground Fiber Optic Network and related infrastructure works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and project documentation in English.
• Communicate and coordinate with international partners and overseas stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.

2. PROJECT MANAGER – BESS & EMS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and EMS (Energy Management System) Projects.
• Plan and control project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Coordinate technical requirements, system integration, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful project delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with international technology partners and overseas stakeholders on technical and project-related matters.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and project documentation in English.
• Support business development and technical discussions with customers and partners when required.
