Responsibility:

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;

coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and site teams for seamless

execution.

Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, manage logistics, and resolve issues

like delays or quality deviations; lead meetings and submit progress reports.

Co-ordinate with various enquires, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance

with relevant codes, safety norms, and contract terms.

PEB contract finalisation and coordination involve key steps to ensure smooth

execution in pre-engineered building projects. These processes focus on aligning

stakeholders, timelines, and resources for efficiency.

Finalising a PEB contract starts with detailed tender documents that outline

scope, specifications, timelines, and payment terms.

Coordination requires linking design, fabrication, factory production, and site

teams through project managers who handle scheduling, material logistics, and

daily monitoring of quality, safety, time, and costs.

Contractors submit detailed bills with measurements, material certifications, and

progress photos, which site engineers verify against approved drawings and BOQ

(Bill of Quantities). Certification includes checking quality compliance, labor

records, and recoveries like advances or penalties before signing off.

Key Documents Measurement sheets and material test reports.

Retention money calculations (usually 5-10% held till completion).

5-8+ years in PEB projects, proficiency in MS Project/AutoCAD, strong

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
