Project Manager, PME

Responsibilities

1. Assist in project portfolio management based on the bank's strategic breakdown.
2. Support the establishment and tracking of new product approval processes for the bank, including comprehensive risk management.
3. Help develop the milestone plan for the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic planning, identifying and monitoring risks during the project process, and driving relevant departments to resolve issues; ensure that key projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
4. Assist in bank-level project requirement management, including but not limited to requirement prioritization management and organizing requirement reviews.
5. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and resource coordination, efficiently organizing the collaborative project processes across departments.
6. Participate in the construction of the bank's project management processes, developing and optimizing project management policies, processes, and standards to enhance effectiveness and consolidate organizational process assets.
7. Handle other related departmental matters.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Communication, Project Management, Financial Technology, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of project management experience, familiar with internet products and the financial technology sector; experience in managing large project portfolios is preferred; banking project management experience is a plus.
3. Proficient in project management theories, with PMP, ACP, or similar certifications preferred; experience in PMO process construction is a plus.
4. Clear logical thinking, good communication skills, organizational coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Quick learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, and execution capability.
