Project Manager / PMO - startup

Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. As we scale, strong project execution and cross-functional alignment are critical to delivering impact.

Missions

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives (product launches, integrations, internal tools, etc.)
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, growth)
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively unblock teams
• Implement and improve project management processes and frameworks
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and leadership
• Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards

Tools & Ways of Working

• Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana)
• Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
• Data-informed decision-making and reporting

Working Conditions

• Flexible remote work environment

1. 3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or operations roles
2. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
5. Experience working with product and engineering teams
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
7. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly
8. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
