Project Manager (POOLING)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 5–10 years of solid experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from pre-construction to project completion.
• Strong background in site supervision and project execution.
• Experience in leading and managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in high-rise building construction projects is required.
• Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
• Willing to authorize the company to utilize STE points for the duration of employment.
