The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of major commercial projects, leading experienced project and site teams within a business that gives its Project Managers the resources and autonomy to perform.

You'll work with quality Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Project Engineers, backed by excellent systems and an experienced Construction Manager who remains accessible when required.

The emphasis is on leadership. Building a strong project team, developing client relationships, maintaining commercial performance and creating the environment required to deliver exceptional projects.

You'll be trusted to lead your projects your way, with the support of a highly experienced management team and a business that understands what successful project delivery requires.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished construction professional who has already demonstrated their ability to lead significant commercial projects.

You'll ideally bring:

• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Proven delivery of commercial projects valued above $20M
• Strong commercial and contractual capability
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong client and consultant relationships
• Stable employment history with respected commercial builders
• Genuine interest in mentoring and developing project teams
• Reliable references

Technical capability is expected at this level.

What will separate the successful person is leadership.

You'll know how to set standards, build accountability, develop people and create an environment where a project team wants to perform.
