Project Manager-Process Improvement-Sr-Quality Improvement

Job Objective:

• Responsible for setting the pace and implementing business transformational and continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, mission and values, culture, people and processes. Leads small to medium teams in the use of Lean methodologies, tools and other techniques to optimize processes, eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business or Health Care Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Health Care, Business or Health Care Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field

Licensure/Certification:

• Required: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Experience:

• Required: Five (5) years of project management or process improvement experience in health care or as a consultant for process improvement projects
