Project Manager (Procurement and Business Development)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee procurement activities, develop supplier networks, manage customer relationships, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop reliable local and overseas suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing and terms to manage purchasing and ensure cost efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.

• Coordinate projects between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Resolve issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a Must).

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willing to travel when required.
