Project Manager - Production Digitalization (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Production Digitalization to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage projects involving MES, automation, equipment integration, IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions , collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digitalization projects from planning to deployment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Quality.
• Drive implementation of MES, automation, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing analytics solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, project governance, and progress reporting.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

✔ Experience in digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 projects

✔ Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, PCB, or high-tech manufacturing industries

✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

✔ Knowledge of MES, equipment integration, IoT, automation, or manufacturing analytics

✔ PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus
