Project Manager – Production Support & Client Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Own production support for Legacy (all client sites) and CX 2.0 (currently one client), including intake, triage, prioritization and resolution tracking.
• Set up and enforce SLAs, escalation paths and ticket hygiene so issues are resolved quickly and not repeated.
• Drive root-cause analysis on recurring problems and work with engineering and QA to prevent them.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed on open issues, fixes and release timing.

Team Management & Operating Discipline

• Make sure the team follows our established protocols for daily stand-ups, status reporting, ticket updates, testing and release processes.
• Run the daily agenda: confirm priorities are clear, blockers are removed and each team member is working on the right things.
• Track individual and team output so we get consistent, measurable value from every resource. Flag underperformance or capacity gaps early.
• Hold the team accountable for commitments and follow-through.

Client Engagement (Agility and Brent)

• Run weekly status meetings with the Agility and Brent client teams.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks and action items for each engagement, and keep them current.
• Manage scope, expectations and change requests, and escalate risks before they become problems.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for these clients.

Onsite–Offshore Communication

• Establish and own a common communication framework between the US onsite team and the offshore team. This covers channels, meeting cadence, handoff notes, status formats and documentation standards.
• Make sure time-zone handoffs are clean and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep a single source of truth for project status, decisions and open items that both sides use.

Delivery Governance

• Track schedules, budgets and resource allocation across all workstreams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and slippage early, and drive corrective action.
• Report delivery health (on-time, on-budget, quality) to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Keep failed releases, missed deadlines and budget overruns to a minimum through proactive planning and controls.

Qualifications

Required

• [5+] years of project or program management experience in software delivery.
• Proven experience running production support or managed services for live customer-facing applications.
• Experience managing distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations and time zones.
• Able to work remotely with a reliable daily overlap into US Central Time business hours.
• Comfortable in a startup environment. You're flexible with changing priorities, lean processes and wearing multiple hats.
• Self-driven and resourceful, with a track record of working through ambiguity and getting things done without waiting for perfect information or direction.
• Strong client-facing skills. You're comfortable running status meetings, managing expectations and delivering difficult news.
• Solid command of project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You create clarity and structure where there isn't any.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, QA and release management practices.

Preferred

• Experience with agriculture, livestock or feedlot operations software, or other ERP-style operational systems.
• Experience supporting multiple product versions at once (legacy and modern platforms).
• PMP, CSM or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with SQL or database-backed applications, enough to triage production issues intelligently.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
