Project Manager (Program Operations)

We are seeking a Project Manager (HCI Program & Operations Specialist) to support a portfolio of Healthcare Improvement (HCI) initiatives. This role serves as the operational hub for multiple projects, partnering closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, governance, budget management, and measurable impact.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives

✅ Partner with Healthcare Improvement Leads to translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, external health systems, research institutes, and professional societies

✅ Monitor risks, dependencies, budgets, scope changes, and project performance metrics

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree

✔ 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience

✔ CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or health systems experience

✔ Experience managing multiple complex workstreams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
