Job Description – Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Digital Design Company)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Manager / Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure the timely delivery of client requirements. Basic knowledge of digital marketing activities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Prepare project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Coordinate with SEO, social media, content, and design teams.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain project schedules.
• Communicate project updates to clients and management.
• Monitor work quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Identify project-related issues and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management or project coordination.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing activities such as SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
