Project Manager Project Coordinator Signage Projects

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year (Relevant experience will be an advantage)

Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

• Act as the key coordination point between Clients, Internal Project Team, Factory, Vendors & Installation Teams
• Track projects from order confirmation to production, dispatch, installation, and completion
• Ensure timely follow-ups, approvals, and smooth communication between all stakeholders
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, MIS, and regular status reports
• Coordinate with the factory and vendors to ensure timely production and execution
• Identify and resolve coordination issues to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

Desired Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong follow-up and organizational abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Eagerness to learn and grow in the Signage & Project Management industry
