Project Manager / Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

PROJECT MANAGER
(Kuala Lumpur/Penang)

Job description:

·         To ensure procedures and materials of comply with contract plan, quality and specifications.

·         To supervise all construction works at site independently.

·         To attend fortnightly site meetings.

·         Coordinate and monitor construction works as per contract specifications and standards to ensure procedures are followed and materials used conform to specification and standards.

·         Supervise construction works and to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction and etc..

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

·         At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with piling-related field (Minimum 5 year experience)

·         Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

·         Be able to work independently.

PROJECT ENGINEER
(Kuala Lumpur/Penang)

Job Description:

·         Assist project and design manager on technical submission.

·         coordination on drawing requisition, shop drawing preparation, and submission

·         following up with the consultant and client for submission approval.

·         Overseeing the technical review of submission documents and document controls.

·         To assist and address design related issues in geotechnical and foundation works.

Requirements:

·         Fresh graduate with relevant tertiary qualification (civil engineering)

·         Or minimum 1 year of experience in civil/foundation works is encouraged to apply.

·         Excellent PC skills, particularly good working knowledge of Microsoft work, Excel, and AutoCAD.

·         Competent research capability utilizing the internet and other information sources.

·         Ability to think broadly across a problem and propose creative / innovative solutions.

·         Good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.

SITE SUPERVISOR
(Kuala Lumpur/Penang)

Job description:

·         To assist the site manager in managing construction personnel.

·         Conduct site inspections to ensure work is done according to drawings and specifications.

·         Ensure timely completion of the project, control costs, and report to consultants on site matters.

·         To attend site meetings and highlight any defects in construction work.

Requirements:

·         The candidate must possess at least a diploma or advanced/higher/graduate diploma in engineering (civil) or equivalent.

·         Preferably with piling-related field (Minimum 1 year experience)

·         Be able to work independently.

·         Full-time positions available.

·         Working hours for this position: 8am to 7pm (Mon-Sat)
