Project Manager, Project Staffing

Our Project team in Hong Kong is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the growth of our Project Staffing business. This is a leadership role responsible for developing new staffing opportunities, managing key client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence across multiple staffing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing new project staffing and workforce solutions opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of staffing and outsourcing projects, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee workforce planning, resource deployment, and project performance across multiple accounts.
• Manage client escalations and implement continuous process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Executives and Recruitment Consultants.
• Partner with internal teams on proposals, pricing strategies, and staffing solutions.
• Monitor project profitability, operational performance, and compliance requirements.

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or workforce solutions, with proven project management experience.
• Strong track record in business development, account management, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing staffing projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Commercially driven with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of staffing, outsourcing, and workforce solutions businesses.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
