Project Manager (Property Management) – Mandarin Speaker 项目经理

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all operational and management activities of the property project, develop and implement property management plans, and ensure service quality and operational targets are achieved.
2. Lead and manage the daily operations of the Property Management Department, and report work progress regularly to management.
3. Monitor the project's financial performance, control budgets, and ensure effective cost management.
4. Follow up on customer complaints and supervise corrective actions taken by all departments.
5. Oversee the collection of property management fees and outstanding payments, ensuring collection targets are achieved. Establish and continuously improve service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing high-end residential property projects, with solid knowledge of property handover, pre-opening operations, sales support, daily property management, and relevant industry regulations.
3. Strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to independently manage a property project.
4. Hands-on experience in service quality management, community operations, and planning and organizing community engagement activities.
5. Basic proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), sufficient for day-to-day business communication.
