Project Manager – Property Management (mandarin speaker)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation and management of the property project.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve service quality and business targets.
• Lead and manage the property management team in daily operations.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Handle resident complaints and customer feedback and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Monitor service charge/property fee collection and outstanding payments.
• Organize community activities and resident events to improve resident satisfaction.
• Prepare regular operational reports and perform other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum D3, preferably in Property Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Property Manager, particularly in high-end residential property.
• Experienced in project handover, pre-operation/pre-opening, sales support, and daily property management operations.
• Strong team management and project operation skills, with the ability to manage a project independently.
• Understanding of property service quality, community management, and event planning.
• Basic Mandarin proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication, coordination, responsibility, and customer service awareness.

Experience:
