Tasks

• Manage major LTS projects (planning, organizing and controlling), or several smaller LTS projects in cooperation with project team, and after approval by supervisor;
• Develop and coordinate subprojects; cost planning, monitor compliance and take countermeasures in case of deviations;
• Ensure that technical production concepts are developed and implemented;
• Create change requests for internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with LTS project Team and supervisors;
• Select and implement project management methods and adapt project management standards to inhouse needs;
• Support the Life Time Supply project team in very complex topics regarding project steering and reporting; derive measures as necessary ;
• Cooperate to prepare and transfer a project from series to LTS production and provide support as contact person for production specific issues.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in a Technical field;
• Project Management experience;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• German language is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean methods (Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement process) is an advantage;
• Good organization and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
• Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated;
• You have a strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop yourself.
