Project Manager - QE

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support and enhance the operations of our larger Quality Engineering (QE) team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and improving process efficiency across QE initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and organizational skills to support cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

PMO Lead for Quality Engineering,Process Improvement Facilitator,Project Governance Coordinator,Establish and maintain standardized project management frameworks and templates for the QE team.,Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.,Facilitate project status meetings, risk assessments, and issue resolution across QE initiatives.,Collaborate with QE leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.,Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools adoption.,Support the implementation of PMO best practices and ensure compliance with governance standards.
