Project Manager, QESS Project (Value and Ethics Education through Chinese Culture Promotion Project) (Ref.: 26/123/QESS/PM)

Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for (a) providing management and oversees the implementation of the whole project, (b) ensuring the on-time implementation of the deliverables, liaises with different parties (academic and supporting units) in promoting Chinese cultural activities, coordinates training activities, organizes publicity events and manages the budget and progress of the project. (c) working closely with other Chinese culture promotion organization in our community or in the Greater Bay Area, (d) supervising and collaborating with the administrative officer to ensure the smooth implementation of all the deliverables and ensures the optimum attainment of the project objective, (e) being an advisor of the Chinese Culture Student Ambassador Team.

Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should (a) have a recognised bachelor’s degree or above qualification, preferably experienced in project management; (b) have relevant experience of promoting Chinese Culture related activities; (c) have a mature and pleasant personality with good team spirit, communication skills and interpersonal relationship, be proactive in work and able to work independently, efficiently and responsibly; (d) have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); (e) be proficient in computer skills.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
