Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor overall project development, cost, quality, safety and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments, stakeholders, government authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure satisfactory completion and delivery of the projects
• Manage operations, service standards, and manpower deployment to achieve cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Oversee and manage the procurement process for all engineering and facility projects
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects
• Experience in commercial or office projects preferred
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
