Project Manager (Regulatory projects)

What you'll do

• Identify business needs, assess opportunities, and support project/program roadmap development.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, business processes, and solution recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, risks, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data, and IT teams to deliver business and technology solutions.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, with timely escalation where necessary.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish and communicate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular project updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to management and steering committees.
• Support regulatory, risk management, financial crime, data governance, digital transformation, and/or other strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, PMO, Consulting, or IT Delivery.
• Proven experience in managing business and/or technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Regulatory, Risk Management, Financial Crime, Data Management, or Digital Transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience in Fraud Data Management, AML, Mule Account Detection, Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, or other related strategic initiatives will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve productivity, business processes, and project delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Query) and workflow automation is preferred.
• Ability to design and utilize AI solutions, including AI agents, Copilot, GenAI tools, and intelligent automation to support business operations and decision-making.
• Understanding of data analytics, process automation, and low-code/no-code technologies.
• Curious mindset with willingness to experiment with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement through innovation.
