Techno Green-Carbon Limited (TGCL) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Renewable Energy to lead and manage renewable energy projects, particularly solar power installations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, and site supervision, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute renewable energy projects, particularly solar power installations, from initiation to commissioning.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, contractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall progress.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, applicable regulations, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications or training in project management will be an added advantage.

Experience & Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar power project management.
• Proven experience in solar project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision.
• Strong project planning, leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, technical documentation, and HSE standards.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 9 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a relevant discipline., Professional certifications or training in project management will be an added advantage.
